Ingredients

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 300g firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 spring onion
  • Garlic powder
  • Ginger powder
  • Onion powder

Method

  1. Add chicken mince to a large bowl
  2. Crumble the firm tofu into the bowl
  3. Thinly slice a spring onion and add it to the bowl
  4. Add the fish sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and onion powder, and combine well
  5. Roll about 1 tbsp of the mixture into a ball, and repeat until the mince is finished
  6. Pan-fry meatballs until they are nice and browned, and serve up
