Cheeseburger Dumplings

These cheeseburger dumplings are the perfect unification of 2 epic foods.
The cheese gives the dumpling filling a unique texture, and the burger sauce packs a flavourful punch.
Once again, we used our own homemade dumpling dough, so we were able to get the skin nice and thin.
Ingredients
- 250g beef mince
- 2 rashers of bacon
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 brown onion
- 3 tbsp burger sauce
- BBQ/burger sauce (optional, to serve)
- 1 portion of dumpling dough (approximately 20-24 dumpling wrappers)
Method
- Dice bacon into small pieces and panfry until crispy. Set it aside
- Dice onions
- Combine the beef mince, bacon, onion, cheese, and burger sauce. Optionally season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Fold the dumplings
- Cook the dumplings. We chose to panfry them
