Chrysanthemum Chia Seed Pudding

Whenever I think of summer, I have strong memories of my mum brewing a massive pot of chrysanthemum tea.
So today, I was inspired to make a chia seed pudding with it. This is the perfect light and refreshing treat for summer.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chrysanthemum tea (chilled)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 mango
- Blueberries
Method
- Add chia seeds and chrysanthemum tea to a bowl or cup to soak for at least 10-15 minutes
- Dice a mango and wash some blueberries
- Put the mango and blueberries on top and serve
