Chrysanthemum Chia Seed Pudding

Whenever I think of summer, I have strong memories of my mum brewing a massive pot of chrysanthemum tea.

So today, I was inspired to make a chia seed pudding with it. This is the perfect light and refreshing treat for summer.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chrysanthemum tea (chilled)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 mango
  • Blueberries

Method

  1. Add chia seeds and chrysanthemum tea to a bowl or cup to soak for at least 10-15 minutes
  2. Dice a mango and wash some blueberries
  3. Put the mango and blueberries on top and serve
