We are bringing you another seriously flavourful dumpling recipe.

Our friend actually suggested we make beef and kimchi dumplings ages ago for one of our dumpling cooking sessions and it was love at first bite. Ever since then, it's been firmly in our rotation, however, this time we decided to change it up a little and use pork mince, instead of beef.

Ingredients

  • 250g pork mince
  • 1/3 cup kimchi (chopped)
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Finely slice the spring onions
  2. Combine the pork mince, kimchi, spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl
  3. Fold dumplings
  4. Cook the dumplings
  5. Enjoy
