Ingredients
- 150ml thickened cream
- 1 brown onion
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tbsp kimchi
- Cooked udon
Method
- Boil water for the udon
- Slice and panfry the bacon
- Dice the white onion, finely mince the garlic and slice the spring onions
- Add the onion, garlic and spring onions to the frying pan
- Add udon to boiling water
- Once the onions are translucent, add the gochujang and kimchi to fry a bit before adding the cream
- Add cheese and udon
- Serve up
