Ingredients

  • 150ml thickened cream
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp kimchi
  • Cooked udon

Method

  1. Boil water for the udon
  2. Slice and panfry the bacon
  3. Dice the white onion, finely mince the garlic and slice the spring onions
  4. Add the onion, garlic and spring onions to the frying pan
  5. Add udon to boiling water
  6. Once the onions are translucent, add the gochujang and kimchi to fry a bit before adding the cream
  7. Add cheese and udon
  8. Serve up
