Mango season is in full swing here in Australia and you already know that means we need to share some recipes with you so that you too can maximise mango season.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked sticky rice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Water
  • 1 mango

Method

  1. Wash the sticky rice and put it into the rice cooker
  2. Add coconut milk to the rice cooker and top it up with water until it reaches the appropriate measurement line according to your rice cooker
  3. Add sugar and stir. Then, turn on the rice cooker
  4. Cut mango into bite sized pieces
  5. Serve the sticky rice with mango and extra coconut milk optionally drizzled on top
