Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked sticky rice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Water
- 1 mango
Method
- Wash the sticky rice and put it into the rice cooker
- Add coconut milk to the rice cooker and top it up with water until it reaches the appropriate measurement line according to your rice cooker
- Add sugar and stir. Then, turn on the rice cooker
- Cut mango into bite sized pieces
- Serve the sticky rice with mango and extra coconut milk optionally drizzled on top
