Air Fried Pasta Chips
Loading...
These pasta chips were pretty crispy and chewy and can be served with a lot of different sauces.
Today we chose to eat it with some homemade pesto aioli. Honestly, I really wanted to like it but it was just a tad underwhelming, especially for the amount of effort it took. I think that an easier way to achieve something pretty similar is to do a pasta bake and let a bit of the pasta stick out of the sauce so it can get a bit crispy.
Ingredients
- 200g dried pasta
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
Method
- Cook pasta according to directions on the packet
- Drain pasta and let it cool (or rinse with cold water to speed up this process)
- To a bowl, add the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and extra virgin olive oil. Mix until pasta is well coated
- Put the pasta in the air fryer at 160 degrees celsius for 10 minutes, or until pasta is golden brown
