Seaweed Scrambled Eggs

Controversial opinion but I would take these seaweed scrambled eggs over a $30 chili oil scrambled egg any day of the week.
The vibrant green hues of seaweed are visually stunning, making this dish not only a culinary delight but also a feast for the eyes.
Ingredients
- 1g seaweed (approximately 1/2 a sheet)
- 2-3 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Toast (optional, to serve)
Method
- Cut the seaweed into little strips
- Beat the eggs
- Dissolve the butter in the frying pan
- Once dissolved, put the eggs in and sprinkle the seaweed on top
- Keep the pan on a medium-low heat and constantly stir so that nice, soft curds form
- Once cooked through, serve up with a piece of toast
