Seaweed Scrambled Eggs

The vibrant green hues of seaweed are visually stunning, making this dish not only a culinary delight but also a feast for the eyes.


Ingredients

  • 1g seaweed (approximately 1/2 a sheet)
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Toast (optional, to serve)

Method

  1. Cut the seaweed into little strips
  2. Beat the eggs
  3. Dissolve the butter in the frying pan
  4. Once dissolved, put the eggs in and sprinkle the seaweed on top
  5. Keep the pan on a medium-low heat and constantly stir so that nice, soft curds form
  6. Once cooked through, serve up with a piece of toast
